Solo:
I have messed around with alot of techniques on how to do the first part of this. One way is to take the chords above and use lots of vibrato. Or you could pluck the root note really fast, which is what im gonna show.

The rest of the solo, which is basically Steve voicinig the guitar to sound like the chorus, I have not figured out yet. All I can surmise at this point is that it might be around the 1st string, 12th fret. If you are really dedicated, you can find Danny's pitches during the song and match it with the guitar.
